A complete guide to every restroom at AT&T Stadium — including family rooms, ADA accessible facilities, and insider tips for shorter lines.
AT&T Stadium opened on May 27, 2009 as Cowboys Stadium, replacing the aging Texas Stadium in Irving. Built at a cost of $1.3 billion, the stadium was designed by HKS Architects and features the world's largest column-free interior, spanning 660,000 square feet under a retractable roof. The centerpiece is the massive center-hung video board, which stretches from one 20-yard line to the other — 160 feet wide and 72 feet tall on each side.
The stadium was renamed AT&T Stadium in 2013 as part of a naming rights deal. It has hosted Super Bowl XLV in 2011, multiple College Football Playoff games, NCAA Final Fours, WrestleMania events, and major concerts. The venue sits adjacent to Globe Life Field and the Texas Live! entertainment district, making Arlington a major sports destination despite having no public transit rail service.
AT&T Stadium has restrooms on every concourse level — Hall of Fame (100), Main Concourse (200), and Upper Concourse (300/400). With a capacity of 80,000+, the stadium has extensive restroom facilities spread throughout all levels. Family restrooms are available on every concourse.
ADA-accessible restrooms are available on all concourse levels. The stadium has elevators and ramps throughout for wheelchair access. Guest Services staff can assist with accessibility needs at any gate.
Family restrooms with baby changing stations are located on every concourse level. Five Nuna Baby nursing suites are spread across the stadium for nursing mothers, offering private rooms with comfortable seating and power outlets.
Restrooms are accessible as soon as you enter the stadium. Gates typically open 2 hours before NFL kickoff. There are no public restrooms between the parking lots and the stadium gates.

The upper concourse restrooms are almost always less crowded than the Hall of Fame Level, especially at halftime. Worth the escalator ride if you want to avoid lines.
AT&T Stadium has five Nuna Baby nursing suites — more than most NFL stadiums. Ask any Guest Services rep to point you to the nearest one on your level.
Gates open 2 hours before kickoff for Cowboys games. Hit the restroom right after entering — the initial rush clears out in about 10 minutes, then it gets slammed again closer to game time.
Family restrooms are single-occupancy, so if there's a line at the nearest one, walk to the next concourse section — there are multiple on every level.
The stadium has no direct rail transit, so plan for traffic. The Lot 12 and Lot 14 parking areas east of the stadium tend to have the quickest exit after the game.
If you're tailgating at Texas Live! before the game, the restaurants there have public restrooms you can use before heading into the stadium.
All concourses and restrooms are open. Gates open 2 hours before kickoff. Halftime sees the heaviest restroom traffic — try to go during the 2nd quarter or early 3rd quarter. The stadium can expand to over 100,000 for major events with standing room.
AT&T Stadium hosts the Cotton Bowl, Big 12 Championship, and other major college games. All restrooms are open. Expect larger crowds than typical Cowboys games — plan extra time for restroom visits.
Concert configurations vary by artist and stage setup. Most concourse restrooms remain open, though some sections may be closed depending on the layout. The retractable roof may be open or closed depending on weather.
