The 200 Level (Upper Concourse) restrooms are consistently the shortest lines during halftime and quarter breaks. Most fans stay on the 100 Level — heading upstairs saves significant wait time.
Can I bring food and drinks into SoFi Stadium?
No. SoFi Stadium does not allow outside food or beverages. You must use a clear bag (12x6x12 inches max) or a small clutch purse (4.5x6.5 inches). Sealed, empty water bottles are permitted and can be filled at water refill stations inside.

How far is SoFi Stadium from LAX Airport?
SoFi Stadium is approximately 3 miles east of LAX. By rideshare, it's 10-15 minutes on normal traffic days (allow 30 minutes on game days). There's no direct public transit from LAX — take Uber/Lyft or connect via the Metro K Line at Aviation/Century station.
Are there public restrooms near SoFi Stadium outside the venue?
Yes. Lake Park in Hollywood Park (adjacent, ADA accessible) has public restrooms. Retail and dining venues in Hollywood Park also have customer restrooms during business hours. The Forum (0.5 mi west) has restrooms on event days. Downtown Inglewood restaurants (1.2 mi north) have customer restrooms.
Can I get free water at SoFi Stadium?
Yes. Free ice water is available at any concession stand — just ask. SoFi also has free water bottle refill stations on every concourse level. Bring an empty sealed clear water bottle through security and fill it up inside.
Is SoFi Stadium stroller-friendly?
Strollers are permitted but must be collapsed and stored under your seat or checked at Guest Services. SoFi's wide, flat concourses are easier to navigate with a stroller than most stadiums. Elevators provide access to all levels.

When are the busiest restroom times at SoFi Stadium?
Halftime is by far the busiest restroom period, especially on the 100 Level. Go during the 2nd quarter to beat the rush. 200 Level restrooms have the shortest lines at all times. For concerts, expect busy periods during opening acts and before the headliner.
Does SoFi Stadium accommodate food allergies?
Yes. Most concession stands can accommodate common allergies. Ask any food stand for allergen information. SoFi's premium food halls offer wider dietary options including gluten-free and vegan choices. Note that no outside food is permitted.
