A complete guide to every restroom at Coors Field — including family rooms, ADA accessible facilities, and insider tips for shorter lines.
Coors Field opened on April 26, 1995 as the first purpose-built baseball-only park in the National League since Dodger Stadium (1962). Built at a cost of $215 million in Denver's historic Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood, it was designed by HOK Sport (now Populous) with a red brick exterior that complements the surrounding Victorian-era warehouse district.
Sitting at exactly one mile above sea level (5,280 feet), Coors Field is famous as a hitter's paradise — the thin air allows baseballs to travel up to 9% farther than at sea level. The purple row of seats at Row 20 in the upper deck marks the exact elevation of 5,280 feet above sea level. The Rockpile, a 2,300-seat bleacher section in center field, offers $4 tickets — among the cheapest in MLB. The ballpark is credited with catalyzing the revitalization of LoDo, transforming it into Denver's premier dining, nightlife, and entertainment district.
Coors Field has restrooms on all levels — Main Concourse (Lower Level), Club Level, and Upper Deck (300 Level). Family restrooms at 6 locations and 2 UCHealth Nursing Suites provide excellent family facilities.
ADA-accessible restrooms on all levels. Elevators connect all concourse levels. For accessibility assistance, visit Guest Services at any gate.
6 family restrooms: Sections 124, 135, 149 (Main Concourse); 222 (Club Level); 311, 339 (Upper Deck). Two UCHealth Nursing Suites at Sections 114 and 347 with comfortable seating, power outlets, and changing tables.
Restrooms are accessible once inside. Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch. LoDo restaurants and bars on Blake Street have restrooms before you enter.

Two UCHealth Nursing Suites — one on the lower level (Section 114) and one on the upper deck (Section 347) — give nursing mothers options no matter where they're sitting. Both have comfortable seating and power outlets.
The Upper Deck restrooms are less crowded than the Main Concourse. Plus, you can see the purple row of seats at Row 20 marking exactly 5,280 feet above sea level — worth the trip.
LoDo (Lower Downtown) is one of Denver's best neighborhoods for food and drinks. Walk along Blake Street before the game and use restaurant restrooms before entering.
McGregor Square right outside the main gate has restaurants, bars, and a hotel. It's the new pre-game destination with restrooms available before you enter the ballpark.
Take the RTD light rail (A Line from the airport or other lines to Union Station) — Union Station is a 15-minute walk from Coors Field through LoDo.
The Rockpile bleacher seats in center field are just $4 — among the cheapest in MLB. The restrooms in that area tend to have shorter lines since fewer people sit out there.
All concourse restrooms open. Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch. The thin air at 5,280 feet means more home runs — the atmosphere is electric. Main Concourse behind home plate has the heaviest restroom traffic during the 5th and 7th innings.
Coors Field hosts concerts and events. Most restrooms remain open. Denver's dry climate means comfortable outdoor evenings.
