NRG Stadium is at 1 NRG Parkway, Houston, TX 77054 — inside the 610 Loop in south Houston. Unlike many stadiums, Houston has a light rail line (METRORail) that stops right at NRG Park.
From downtown Houston: take US-59 South / I-69 to the 610 Loop, exit at Kirby Drive or Fannin Street. About 7 miles (~15 min without traffic). On game days, expect heavy traffic on the 610 Loop — arrive 90 min early and follow NRG Park signage to your designated lot.
