Where are the accessible restrooms at MSG?
ADA-compliant restrooms are available on every level of Madison Square Garden. They feature grab bars, wider stalls, and lowered fixtures. Where is the nearest restroom to the 7th Avenue entrance?
Enter via the 7th Avenue entrance and the nearest restrooms are on the main concourse near Sections 109/110, about 1 minute walk to either side of the entry portal. Follow the concourse signage.
Is there a baby change room at MSG?
Yes. Family restrooms with baby changing stations are available on the main concourse and upper concourse levels. Ask any Guest Services staff member for directions to the nearest family restroom.
Which MSG restrooms have the shortest lines at halftime?
300 and 400 level restrooms are consistently the quietest during halftime and intermissions. Most fans stay on the main concourse, so heading up a level saves significant wait time.
Can I bring food and drinks into Madison Square Garden?
No. MSG does not allow outside food or beverages. All bags are subject to search, and clear bags (12x12x6) are recommended for faster entry. Factory-sealed water bottles under 20oz may be permitted at select events — check the MSG website for the specific event's bag policy.
Where should I park for Madison Square Garden?
MSG has no dedicated parking. The closest garages are on W 31st and W 33rd Streets between 7th and 8th Avenues. Pre-book via SpotHero or ParkWhiz to save (event-night rates spike). However, the best way to get to MSG is via subway or train — Penn Station is directly below the arena.

Are there public restrooms near MSG outside the arena?
Yes. Penn Station (directly below MSG) has public restrooms on the NJ Transit concourse. Macy's Herald Square (2 blocks east) has restrooms on multiple floors during store hours. Bryant Park (0.5 mi northeast) has excellent free public restrooms with baby change facilities, open 6am-midnight.
