    About Magic Kingdom

    Magic Kingdom opened on October 1, 1971, as the first theme park at Walt Disney World Resort. Conceived by Walt Disney himself before his death in 1966, the park was built on a 107-acre site in central Florida, with the entire park constructed atop the second floor so that a network of underground utility corridors known as 'utilidors' could run beneath it. This was Walt's solution to a problem he noticed at Disneyland, where cast members in costume had to walk through other themed lands to reach their work areas.

    The park opened with 23 attractions across six themed lands: Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland.     Restrooms Inside Magic Kingdom

    Magic Kingdom has restrooms in every themed land: Main Street U.S.A., Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland (including New Fantasyland), and Tomorrowland.     Insider Tips

    The TRON Lightcycle/Run restrooms at the far end of Tomorrowland are the newest in the park and consistently have the shortest lines. Most guests do not walk that far unless riding TRON, making these a reliable option when other restrooms are packed.

    The Adventureland Breezeway restroom is one of the most overlooked in the entire park. It sits right in the walkway between the hub and Adventureland, and the vast majority of guests walk straight past without noticing it.

    The Tangled restroom area in Fantasyland is beautifully themed with Rapunzel's tower and has outdoor seating with phone charging stations. It is a great spot for families to regroup, charge devices, and take a break. It also serves as the closest companion restroom for Liberty Square.

    The Baby Care Center on Main Street gets extremely busy between 11 AM and 2 PM. If you need to use the nursing rooms or feeding area, try to go early morning or late afternoon for a calmer experience.
