Tap the red "I'm Busting" button on the map. The app instantly finds the closest toilet to your current location and opens walking directions in your preferred maps app. Two taps from open to directions.

Tap the toilet on the map → scroll down → tap 'Report' to flag incorrect information. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.

Reviews require a Plus or Premium subscription. Tap a toilet → tap 'Write Review' → rate and add your experience. Photos are optional but help the community.

With a Plus or Premium subscription, you can download maps for offline use. This is great for road trips, camping, or areas with poor signal. Free users need an internet connection.

Use the filter options on the map to show only accessible facilities. Toilet details include accessibility information such as wheelchair access, grab rails, and accessible parking where available.

Yes! Tap the + button on the map to submit a new toilet location. Include as much detail as possible — address, accessibility features, opening hours. Our team verifies submissions before they go live.

Open Dunny Dash → Settings → scroll to bottom → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all data. Note: this does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately in your device Settings.

Open Dunny Dash → Settings → tap your profile section to update your email address or change your password. If you signed in with Apple or Google, your email is managed by that provider.

Dunny Dash requires users to be 13 or older. We do not collect data from children under 13. All user-generated content (reviews and photos) is moderated for safety. The app contains no health or medical advice.

We collect your email (for login), location (to find nearby toilets — never stored), and usage data (to improve the app). If you subscribe, purchase info is handled by Apple/Google. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Yes. On iOS, you'll be prompted by App Tracking Transparency — select "Ask App Not to Track". On Android, you can disable ad tracking in your device settings. The app works fully without tracking enabled.
