Mt Coolum car park toilets

The Mt Coolum summit walk is 800m each way, about 30 minutes up. Steep with rock scrambling near the top. The only toilet is at the car park at the base. Plan ahead — once you start climbing there is no turning back quickly.
David Low Way toilets

There is no toilet at the top of Mt Coolum. The only facility is at the car park at the base of the track. The climb takes 25-30 minutes up and 15-20 minutes down.
Use the car park toilet before you start. If you need to go mid-climb, you'll need to come all the way back down. There are no bushes for cover on the exposed rocky summit section.
800m each way. Steep. Rocky scramble near the top. 30 minutes up, 20 down. Not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. Early morning is best — gets hot and exposed.
